SIZING
ALL: We would always recommend you purchase your equivalent dress size across our legging’s ranges as detailed in our size chart.
ALL: Please ensure you see our size chart for the corresponding range of leggings you are interested in purchasing as each range offers different size options, i.e. Activewear, Casualwear etc…
ACTIVEWEAR: Where unsure of your size or if you are between sizes, we would recommend that you size up. This will ensure the fabric and seams do not become overstretched and overworked.
If you are unsure please get in touch and we can always help you, we want to make sure you get the right fit.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR LEGGINGS
Caring for your leggings is important to ensure they continue to support you when at your best!
- Avoid Abrasive Surfaces
- Do Not Iron
- Do Not Bleach
- Do Not Tumble Dry
- Avoid Fabric Softener
- Wash at cool temperatures / or hand wash and turn inside out
Following the above steps will ensure the longevity of your leggings

PURCHASING
DISPATCH
Monday – Friday: All orders made before 5pm will be packaged and posted the same day via Royal Mail.
Saturdays: Orders made before 3pm will be packaged and posted the same day via Royal Mail.
Orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and no more than 14 days to ensure it is returned to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you shall be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us (this cost is not refundable).
Please also note that we will not be held responsible for any returns lost by the courier, so please retain your proof of postage for your records.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items providing they meet the returns conditions and please note we will not refund the cost of you returning the item.
